[KROQ This Week] Cinco De Mayo, Morrissey, Eat See Hear, And More

We started pregaming for Cinco de Mayo at the Pink Taco in Century City. We had so much fun there that we decided that we’re gonna check out the Pink Taco on Sunset in Hollywood for Cinco de Mayo itself! Who cares if it’s a Monday!

On Friday we’re heading back out to Vibe Night Club at Morongo Casino Resort and Spa where DJ Jeremiah Red will be doing Roq N Beats live!

Then we’re coming back to LA Saturday night to see Morrissey at the LA Sports Arena with special guests Tom Jones and Kristeen Young.

Also on Saturday, it’s the return of Eat See Hear. We’ll be watching our favorite movies all summer at different venues while indulging in the hordes of food trucks. And to start off the season, it’s 500 Days of Summer.

Glendora: Join the KROQ promo crew and the Associated Students of Citrus College for Spring Fest 2014. Come on down to the Campus Center Mall at Citrus College for some club competitions, food, and music provided by us of course! Hollywood: We’ll be cruising the interesting streets of Hollywood looking for something fun to get into tonight. It shouldn’t take us very long, with all the tourist attractions and the hubbub surrounding the Godzilla premiere at the Dolby Theater. If you catch us rubber necking make sure to call us out. We are loaded with our awesome KROQ stickers, so ask us for a couple.

Cabazon: Join KROQ’s very own DJ Jeremiah Red as he does Roq N Beats live from Vibe Night Club at the Morongo Casino Resort and Spa. Get your weekend started right, by dancing the night away to today’s best EDM, Hip Hop, and KROQ jams mixed by the best DJ in LA. (49500 Seminole Dr, Cabazon, 92230)

Santa Monica: It’s back KROQers! Eat See Hear is back for another season of great movies and amazing settings. This week you can find us at the Santa Monica High School Memorial Greek Amphitheater for 500 Days of Summer. 500 Days is an offbeat romantic comedy starring Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt and is rated PG-13. The event wouldn’t be complete without food trucks; The Urban Oven, Me So Hungry, Jogasaki, The Lobo Truck, Hurricane Kitchen, Rosa’s Bella Cucina, Peaches’ Smokehouse BBQ, Postcard CAS, The Reuben Truck, Yalla Truck, Coolhaus, B Sweet Mobile, and Brasil Kiss will all be providing some tasty eats. Huntington Beach: What better way to spend a Sunday then at the beach. Come relax with us before the stress of the work week returns. We’ll be driving around this gorgeous beach town and if we’re lucky enough to snag a parking spot we’ll be people watching on the pier.
